I have been working with the Vasiliy since October 2011. He has made me a pair of custom made boots and is currently working on a pair of sandals and tennis shoes. I have a right foot disorder that stems from a motorcycle accident in 1990. Since 1990 I have seen a number of shoemakers including Arch Fitters, Crary Shoes and other independent shoe Mfg.’s. My foot requires a custom-made fit because of malformation in my toes and an enlarged heal with soft pressure points due to ulcers.

Since 1995 I have struggled to keep an ulcer on the bottom of my heel from getting larger and breaking open. It normally is the size of a dime and leaks puss most of the day. Since the Vasiliy made me my first pair of custom-made shoes in 2011 this ulcer has nearly healed completely. With his skills as a shoemaker he has reduce the pressure on this sore by making changes to the way my boot fit.
